Our 2011 Honorees Dave and Linda Zimmer

Dave, President of ERIEBANK, is an Erie native and attended Cathedral Prep and Clarion University. Dave has been active in a number of community, civic, and charitable organizations in the Erie area. He is currently the Chairman of the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority and serves on the President’s Associates Board of Mercyhurst College. He is a Board Member of the Erie County Revolving Loan Fund and on the Board of Corporators for the UPMC Hamot Health Foundation.

Linda Zimmer is from the Meadville area and has worked for The Vargo Company, a financial services firm in Erie, since 2006. Previously, she had worked in the banking industry for almost twenty years.

Linda has been active in several community and charitable organizations in the Meadville and Erie areas, including the Jaycees and the Meadville Council on the Arts. She has also volunteered her time for the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association. She is the Treasurer for the Black Ash Cemetery Association and she is currently working on the Dress for Success Erie’s Fourth Annual Purse and Pearl Luncheon.

Dave and Linda reside in Erie with their daughters Alyssa and Kimberly.
